Nice place in a nice area

We were in town for our daughter's wedding. This property is located in the Ballard neighborhood where the wedding was held. It was quick walking distance from Market street where there are plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. This property has a lot of stairs. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a total of 19 days. We found it very comfortable, very clean and cozy. The kitchen, while small, is mighty - great stove/oven, able to cook many fantastic meals from the many stores (at least 3) within 15 min walking. The host was great in communicating with us and was very responsive to our queries and asks. The location was excellent - a very short walk to old Ballard where we took advantage of restaurants, the best pie in Ballard (Ala mode), the best gym (Ballard Health Club) and the fantastic Farmers Market (you have to try the breakfast sausage sandwiches). And I must say the best donuts in town are found 8 min away at Dough Joy! The Sound was a short, very nice walk away to visit the Locks and gardens. Getting to downtown Seattle was very quick and easy. The main bedroom air conditioner was a life saver as we had some very hot nights during our visit. All in all, this was a great location, very comfortable and we will be back in our future visits! Thanks!

Walkable, clean and Lovely

This lovely townhome was the perfect spot for our stay in Seattle. With a well appointed kitchen, clean and comfy beds, pretty and modern bathrooms we were quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside to eat on the picnic table in the little courtyard. The Sunday market was less than 1/3 mile too. Thank you.

Ballard condo

We stayed for 6 days. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The location was convenient for what we wanted to do. Parking was street parking only and if you returned at night was pretty difficult to find. The unit felt very small even though the total sq ft was reasonable, it was the layout. Lastly the light switches were wired oddly so we never quite figured out the lights. Lastly, there was no soap in any of the rooms.was th The

Extremely clean and close to Ballard downtown

The location is great! Walking distance to downtown Ballard with bars and restaurants. Multiple coffee shops within 5-10 min walk. A Uber or Lyft was about $30 to downtown Seattle and $50-$60 to the airport. The property was extremely clean (I am very picky about this) the linens were nice and clean. There is a lot of stairs to the 2 higher levels, very cute and quaint. We had 4 adult women and it was perfect!

Clean, walkable

Super clean, well maintained, area felt safe. Walkable to restaurants and bus line. Its on a well trafficked road so cars drive by all night. There was always open parking right outside. All in all a great place to stay.

Walking to Ballard was Great!!!

We stayed in the 2bdrm unit in Ballard. Was close to walking to shops and restaurants. On street parking was available by unit. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great to have tvs in bedrooms and living room. Due to multi levels, we may rethink staying there for us. Smaller bedroom could use a small chest of drawers and hanging for clothes. Highly recommend!
