The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of white towels only before leaving. This helps me prepare for the next arrival.
Please place grill cover back on grill. Please make sure cooler is cleaned & put back in MB closet. All pool toys & outside cushions are put back , and the yard is left the same way you arrived.
Please make sure games are brought back inside and not left. All food & beverage picked up and removed from bedrooms & floors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A Peaceful Gem Close to All the Fun!

We had a wonderful stay at the So Much More home in Navarre! Kim was an outstanding host, she was so thoughtful and attentive, she made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was great, just a quick 15-minute drive to Navarre Beach, the fishing pier, and plenty of great restaurants. The house itself was peaceful and cozy, and the pool was the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a quiet home base close to all the fun!

Conveniently located between the beaches

We had family in town and this place was perfect as it was near our house. Additionally, it conveniently located near Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach.

Amazing

My family and I were here for a week. This house was Amazing. Kim was 1000% the best. The master shower was so great. My kids lived in the pool at the house. My teenage boy loved his private room that was off the house i swear if that private room had a bathroom and mini fridge he said we would not have seen him all vacation.

Perfect little house!!

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation here. Everything was clean, the owner was very responsive and even had some treats on the counter when we first came. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. We had a great time!

Great vacation experience!

We could not have chosen a more perfect getaway for our annual family vacation. The pool was perfect for my grandkids ages 6-12 and the adults. Everything we needed was provided in the house. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Lovely home

We had an awesome week long vacation at Kim’s house! She was one of the best homeowners we have ever dealt with on a vacation. She was very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed! Post Mardi Gras Getaway

I had an exceptional stay at So Much More. The home was not only beautiful but also quaint, creating a cozy atmosphere. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for both work and leisure, offering a delightful environment to enjoy meals and the weather. Kim's impeccable service made the experience even more enjoyable. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident throughout, especially the picture of Jimmy Graham when he was a New Orleans Saint. I highly recommend this property!

Best host I have ever encountered

What a great vacation. Kim was so invested in making sure we had a great vacation. She let us in early which was a huge blessing, and sent us so many guides and suggestions for fun family locations in the area. The house was immaculate and safe. We brought a 11-month old baby and she had a ton of space to crawl and play with toys. The pool is great and the extra room in the yard was clean and we had no issue with those pesky summer bugs getting in. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kim!

AMAZING!!

The home was beautiful and CLEAN! Kim was very kind and generous~~the trip was all about my sister who is fighting cancer. Kim gave informative info in case there was an emergency. That means so much to me as it truly showed she cared! She was very responsive and checked in often to see how everything was going and to see if there were any needs. You will no doubt love this home, but you will also love the owner.! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kim! You are AWESOME!

She shack

We were impressed with the meticulous construction of the house and tidiness and cleanliness! You could tell it was done with much love. I especially liked the “she shack” for my husband who snores. We kicked him out a couple times and of course the one and a half year-old cousins loved the pool. We sure had a lot of great card games on the dining room table outside. The only damper was a lot of rain, but we got the sunshine as well! Can’t complain. Give you guys an A+ plus !!!

Beautiful house and pool!

This place was a fantastic retreat for our spring break! Owner Kim was very responsive, provided a few snacks, sunscreen and some beautiful welcome flowers on our arrival. The pool was delightful and the yard/patio area and porch swing were used every day. We played corn hole, relaxed in the sun, watched movies. The only thing we didn’t pay attention to was the queen bedroom is a detached room/chalet in the back yard with no bathroom. Whoever stays there will have to walk thru the backyard to use the bathroom in the main house. The beds were very comfortable except the king size master is soft. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need including a few common spices. The home is immaculate and we would definitely come again! Kim was very easy to work with!

If you are looking for an amazing host that takes care of every detail, in a beautiful, very clean, well maintained, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood... than this is your gem! We booked this house as a last minute (literally three days before departure) and had our fingers crossed. From the get-go Kim was positive, friendly, and accommodated us beyond our wildest dream! We have four children, three are teenagers, and after two days in a car we entered this beautiful home and found Oreo's , Cheetos, and candy! (Needless to say they did not last long)! What an amazing host. She sent us information on local activities, places to visit, grocery stores and restaurants. She called and told us not to hesitate with any questions that is what she is here for to be our tour guide and host and to have the best vacation! We felt like royalty! The pool in the backyard was very nice. The house is not on the beach but had so many options to choose from each day that were minutes away! A variety of one-of-a-kind restaurants and the usual were just a couple minutes away, along with Wal-mart, dollar stores, etc. Everything within reach. Our quick trip was loaded with relaxation, and memories made at So Much More 2! The only thing we would have liked was warmer weather, but that is totally out of Kim's hands! LOL We will definitely book this house again and highly recommend it!

Great little property

Our stay was lovely! The two boys decided to take the bunk beds and our girls took the Brittany room- I guess it needs to be said that their bedroom space was outside, and away from the house, because of that, I would not recommend this property to anyone bringing small children and needing to use that bedroom area- even for 2 17 year old girls- having to use the bathroom in the house at night was scary- there was “a man” in the yard one night- turned out to be a tree leaf. Ha!
