Located in Bootlegger's Cove, the home is steps from downtown Anchorage's restaurants and shopping, the Park Strip, and the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail -- a premiere biking, running, and ski trail. It couldn't be more perfect in terms of location!
This listing is for the separate lower level of our home; it has a great view, recently renovated with lots of light, private access and driveway. Sleeps up to 7 with two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The living room has a queen/double pull-out 'bed in a box' (see photo) and the sofa can be made into a single bed. Modern kitchen, laundry, TV & Internet.
