Empfehlenswert ruhige Lage und dennoch alles schnell erreichbar

Wohnung wie beschrieben, im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen im selben Gebiet, sieht man hier deutlich, das in die Wohnung weiter investiert wurde! Küche quasi neu, Bad ebenso, Rest gut gepflegt!
