Built in 1980 and renovated in 2014, the holiday home is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire site.
