Very good stay, two shortcomings

Overall a very good experience. The property was well maintained including the pool. The unit was very clean. Two slightly negatives that did not overly affect out stay: 1) the clothes drier does not seem to work 2) the dampness in the unit was excessive even with a dehumidifier running half of the day.

Gorgeous view

The studio was in a great location within walking distance to a great restaurant at API beach. There are many other restaurants in the marina and the walk along the beach is nice but you also have many sidewalks in the front of the property. The view was amazing. However the condo needs a dresser and toaster which is easy to do. The beach has a lot of rocks but you can walk a little and go to several beautiful coves with soft white sand. I would definitely recommend this studio
