Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war gut. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war grenzwertig. Das Problem liegt wohl der Reinigung der jeweiligen Vormieter. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist daher aber okay.

Es tut mir leid, dass das Studio nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt wurde. Ich bezahle extra jemanden, der dafür sorgt, dass bei Abreise alles in Ordnung ist, damit solche Probleme nicht vorkommen. Könnten Sie mir bitte genauer sagen, was genau gefehlt hat?

Certains placards étaient poussiéreux et une partie de la vaisselle n'était pas très propre. De plus, il y avait une odeur désagréable venant de la salle de bain/toilette. Quelques produits de nettoyage seraient les bienvenus, ainsi qu'un aspirateur en meilleur état. Nous n'avons pas reçu les clés pour l'accès au sauna, ou à la piscine.Sinon l'immeuble et le logement sont biens.

Nous avons compléter la gamme de produits de nettoyage... L'accès à la piscine est disponible sans clé! L'accès au sauna a été supprimé de l'annonce suite à ce problème.

Das Apartment überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage und die beeindruckende Aussicht. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Besonders praktisch sind die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, die teilweise sogar kostenlos sind. Schwimmbad , Sauna und kleiner Fitnessraum sind auch vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant avec nous et nous a accueilli à bras ouvert ! L’appartement est super bien placé et là vu est magnifique. Le logement est bien agencé il est très bien pour y passer quelques jours avec deux enfants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Studio. Die Beschreibung stimmte. Wir waren zu Zweit und alles was man brauchte war da. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Parken kann man auf der Straße hinter dem Gebäude (meistens kostenlos). Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist unschlagbar, unbeschränkte Sicht aus dem 8. Stock.Auch angenehm war der Innenpool. Für den Fitnessraum und Sauna kann man zu bestimmten Zeiten einen Zugang beantragen.Wir können das Studio weiterempfehlen, 5 Sterne !

Het is een beetje verouderd appartement, het heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig, behalve de badkamer. Ik zou het wat moderner en gezelliger maken. Maar voor de rest was alles dik in orde. Contact was heel goed, het was er proper, locatie is ideaal aan de tramhalte en een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Prijs / kwaliteit is dit een fantastische studio. Ik kom zeker nog terug.
