Beautiful renovated condo within walking distance of downtown Aspen, shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and beds all very comfortable, the size was perfect for our family of 3. Loved being on the river and is a quieter corner of town. Kitchen was well equipped and had some basic spices on hand. Would stay here again.

Very walkable

Great location and easy to get around. Hot tub and pool were great. The condo is well appointed and very nice. There is a river in the back which is very relaxing. We would stay again!

Five star stay

Wonderful place

Really great spot along the river with beautiful views of the river. Quiet neighborhood but super close to shops. The condo was spotless upon arrival. Property manager Marc was quick to respond when we had questions. Can’t say enough about what a great stay we had.

Aspen condo

We were two couples, and this was a Very comfortable apartment in a great location in Aspen… Communication with agent was excellent and the pictures are accurate in how they reflect the apartment… Clean, airy and the back porch facing the roaring river is truly magnificent… Overall, once you get over the high prices in Aspen, this is a great place to stay.

Everything was as advertised. Only shortcoming was the lack of large pans for cooking and no coffee cups. Overall great experience.

Fantastic Stay!

Our group of four had a great time at this condo. Very clean with newly updated finishes and comfortable beds. Great location to everything Aspen has to offer. Ali was incredibly prompt when we had an issue with the coffee maker. She came over within 20 minutes with a brand new one! Highly recommend this condo! Would book again in the future and can't wait to return!

Perfect Condo for Aspen Visit

We stayed in this condo from May 11-18, 2024 and loved every minute of our visit. The condo is 100% stocked with everything you need - the manager even leaves a gift basket with snacks and water out. There are plenty of dishes, cooking tools, and basic spices so check before you shop. My husband, the chef, says it is the best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever rented. The furnishings and decor are designer influenced and beautiful. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. And I have not even mentioned the view of the river, which is spectacular. We spent a lot of mornings and evenings on the deck just taking it all in. You can walk anywhere in town from this location. I cannot think of anything that needs improvement. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning condo and prime location

I recently stayed with a group of friends for a girls’ weekend and we could not have asked for a better experience. The unit is absolutely gorgeous; it looks even better in person. There was not a single detail that was overlooked. Communication with Ali, the host, was so easy. She was so professional but also friendly and extremely responsive and reliable. We felt spoiled and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. Every single one of us plan to book again.
