Great location to downtown Aspen. Parking was easy and close. Ali was a wonderful host and was quick to answer questions. The unit was clean and well cared for. The only downside was the lack of AC, which we were aware of. Fans provided help, but the windows did not provide much relief. Highly recommend!

My wife and I rented the condo with my in-laws and 13-month old daughter. We had a very nice stay overall. Ali (host) was extremely communicative and helped quickly troubleshoot some minor issues after check-in. The unit is well maintained, and the kitchen is stocked for cooking. The pool and hot tub were family friendly, and easy to access. The location is also fantastic, especially for summer, at the base of the mountain and just a few blocks from town. I'd note that it is located at the top of a relatively steep, but short hill, which we didn't mind. Any potential issue with this is mitigated by the fact that parking is easy and located right outside your front door. The only small negative is that the AC's are "portable"; they effectively cool the room, but are noisy. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

Wonderful family experience

It was a great location and the property was very nice. My family of four traveled with another family of four, and we loved being able to have our own privacy, but also convene in a central location. You are a short walk from so many great restaurants and are very close to the main bus station. It was a great experience.

Lovely spot

Really nice condo in the heart of Aspen. Held 6 of us comfortably. Clean and cozy. It was a little farther uphill from town than I imagined, but not a big deal at all!

Beautiful condo close to everything

We were just a party of two but enjoyed the layout of the condo, which has separate baths and bedrooms comfortably spaced apart. The heated bathroom floors were a treat, as were the automatic floor lights. The front door location was a little difficult to find but an easy in and out by foot or by car once we had our bearings. TVs in each room were a nice touch as was the kitchen stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar and spices. Beautiful place!
