LOCATION! Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located townhome in the highly popular LoHi neighborhood. Only 1 block away from some of the most popular bars and restaurants in town. With a walking score of 88, you’ll also have easy access to parks, Platte River, Union Station, Coors Field, Ball Arena, Empower Field, Convention Center and all Downtown has to offer. With endless options of rentable bikes/scooters, you can get almost anywhere you need to go w/out a car!

This 1,250 sq ft, 3-story townhome is modern, clean, and extra comfy, offering 2 bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, queen beds, and smart TVs. The main living floor is extra spacious with tons of natural light, 65” smart TV w/ built-in surround sound system, fireplace, and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots/pans, many “small” appliances, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and everything else you’d need to cook a great meal. There is a small balcony with a grill off the main living room, but also a large private rooftop deck upstairs to enjoy sunshine, a few cocktails, and the amazing city views! A queen Aerobed air mattress and extra large couch are available to accommodate a 5th and 6th person in the living room as well.

****Although a car is not needed for the area, access to a 1 car garage can potentially be arranged, but please inquire prior to arrival****

We had a great time in the neighborhood! The accommodations were perfect! Just what we hoped for…quiet street with lots of great restaurants and access to downtown within walking distance!

Fabulous rental.
Fantastic place, really great location and the manager was super responsive. Very walkable and loved the roof top deck. The place had everything you would expect and lots of great touches like phone charging cords because how awful is it when you forget those?! Laura was really great and sent me the book I accidentally left behind. I would totally stay here again.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay here! The place was spotless, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. While close enough to walk to downtown, we found ourselves staying in the LoHi neighborhood checking out the restaurants and shops. It felt very safe and lively, especially at night, but also quiet and relaxing. The absolute best part was the rooftop patio overlooking Coors Field and the rest of downtown. It really made for a couple relaxing evenings. We would absolutely stay here again!
