An open plan living area includes a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Large windows bathe the space in light and create the feeling you are in a detached home. A half bath and balcony with gas grill complete the 2nd floor space. On the third floor are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and queen size beds. The fourth floor includes a spacious rooftop deck with amazing city views. Absolutely beautiful condo in wonderful fun neighborhood!

Enjoyed our stay over Easter in Denver so much! Everything about the checkin and rental was effortless and the house was beautiful. So many nice touches, too many to mention, from the kitchen supplies, condiments, spices, comfy furniture, great rooftop, very nice beds and beddings and the Easter basket that was left for us to enjoy. Will 100% stay here agian!!

Great place

Very clean and great location! So many neat bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also very convenient to Coors Field! When we come back, we will stay here again!

As a Colorado native, i love the mountains and outdoor adventures and since I’m a proud dog Dad, Buster usually comes along for the ride. I also enjoy a nice craft beer or local whiskey, rock out to 80’s music and chill out with a murder mystery or horror movie.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to be in the heart of all the action, an urban downtown dweller, without the hassle of a high rise condo building or the constant noise from below. LoHi was an up and coming neighborhood (and it has come big time!) and was much more affordable plus the outdoor space is amazing!

What makes this property unique

You are so close to everything here, it's truly the perfect location! Walking distance to the city's TOP restaurants and bars, walk to downtown/Union Station, easy access to the major highways to get to/from the mountains. A huge rooftop deck with city and mountain views tops the privacy and amenities you get here while still have the best location around.
