Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Fully furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided. Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

- This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

Suite includes:
- 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
- Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
- Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...
- Guest Wifi (Download over 500Mbps/Upload over12.Mbps)
- USB outlets provided through-out suite.

Best ever! Everything about our experience was exceptional. Our hosts were warm and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the first moment. We enjoyed the fire ring on a beautiful fall night, the property is large and well kept (every blade of grass was perfect) The room was very large, extremely clean, quiet and comfortable! We will be back.

Nice reward at day's end

Nicely appointed suite with comfy seating. Clean and relaxing; loved the large TV. Appreciated the treats and coffee, along with the hand-chalked welcome sign. Quiet rural setting among other nice homes. You won't be disappointed.

Everything more than met our expectations from the receipt of the clear checkin directions through the conclusion of our stay. All the details, big and small, directly supported a comfortable stay away from home. The location was perfectly situated, with easy access to everything we needed, including a direct route to Kings Island.Should we find ourselves in the Lebanon area again, we will absolutely be back!

Comfy and cozy

Very nice size basement mother-in-law type suite. Hardly any noise could be heard from upstairs. Very clean and beautiful decor. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stat again.

Short competitions stay

It was very warming and welcome being as soon as we pulled up we were welcomed by our name welcome board very great instructions on how to get down to the house. The inside was beautiful and very cozy and warm with snacks. Waiting on us. Absolutely loved it. My girls loved it would recommend it to anyone. It was very cozy and clean. What absolutely book it again if we ever go back to that area.

Peaceful Retreat

We had such a great time staying in Lebanon. It was a welcome place to relax after a hectic day at the Ohio Renaissance Fair. Meredith was very responsive to questions before our stay.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time this place was relaxing and peaceful. Our host were very responsive and friendly they provided everything you could’ve possibly needed for a pleasant stay. Hidden gem

We stayed here with our daughter, while visiting over parent weekend at Miami Univ. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. We weren't looking to stay this far away from campus (about 45 mins), but it ended up being a hidden gem. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Lebanon, hiked at a nearby park, picked up a couple of gourds at a local pumpkin patch, and avoided the crowds on campus.

1st Basketball Tournament

This was our 1st tournament of our AAU season & being seasoned parents we wanted to make sure our daughters got the rest & relaxation they needed ( us too) with out being woken up by children/ adults running or talking loud down the hallways. Great Property

We had no idea when we picked this property how centrally located it was to Cincinnati and Mason Ohio. We were in town for a sport event in Mason but had some free time to explore the downtown area. Plenty to do - Fountain Square and the museums and Sport Stadiums were only 30 min away! The VRBO rental was large- comfortable and inviting. The bed was super comfortable which is always a concern for us. The owners left us some water- coffee choices and snacks- which was greatly appreciated. Beautiful large front porch was a nice spot for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful and well appointed accommodations

I rented Meredith’s space for my niece and bridal party to prepare for her wedding and take some photos. The space was just as pictured. I was a little concerned about where the girls would be able to put their belongings so as to minimize their presence in the photos. I was happily surprised to see there was a closet with an ironing board and garment rack, and an unfinished space where they are working on making laundry facilities for their guests. It was just what we needed! The ac stopped working temporarily, but Merideth and her husband quickly got it working again and provided fans for additional circulation. After the wedding, my niece and her husband stayed over, as they are not honeymooning right away. They enjoyed the space together, and had a good night of rest. The following morning as I was preparing to head over to pack up the food and things left over from the previous day, I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car. My niece messaged Meredith to let her know our departure would be a bit delayed, as I had to wait for my husband to return from church so he could take me there. Meredith was understanding and accommodating. Meredith’s beautiful and well appointed accommodations, as well as her understanding and responsiveness contributed to a wonderful experience for my niece on her special day! We are so thankful!

Such a cute, comfortable space where we could all stay together. It was wonderfully decorated and had everything we could ever want and need. Loved the goodies that were left for us. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we're in town.
