- This unique property consists of two typical houses, with rustic charm and preserved authenticity, perfect for stays with friends or family.

It is a family home that we have restored little by little and where we are committed to celebrating all the important events of our family.

These houses are old, with a strong character, sometimes with a few typical irregularities (period stairs, creaking floors, non-standardised rooms), but this is precisely what gives them all their personality and charm .

Here you will probably come across a few curious mosquitoes, morning songbirds, perhaps a shy lizard or a hen on the go. Nothing to worry about: no crocodile on the horizon, we swear to you

- On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen
- On the 1st floor a cosy living room with wifi to stay connected if necessary without losing the country spirit
- A master bedroom with en-suite shower room ideal for parents

- On the 2nd floor in dormitory mode for children and teenagers
- An independent attic room with a 140*190 bed
- A bedroom with 3 single beds 90, and a 140*190 bed

🌅 Outside, a pretty terrace with dining table awaits you to enjoy your breakfasts facing the sunrise. Direct access to the large mature garden and private swimming pool completes the experience.

🏡 The second house – La Grange:

More spacious, more convivial, La Grange breathes the soul of an old Quercy farmhouse.
It has:

- A large living room, living room with a French billiard table and a ping pong table an ideal place to share moments with family or friends.
- A family kitchen, rustic and authentic, conducive to large tables
- In the mezzanine a bedroom with en-suite shower room
- Then 3 bedrooms with shower room, a bed in 160*190 and small beds in 90, these rooms are atypical places with door openings to the outside period of the 18th century. Between the bedrooms we have a shower room!

🌅- Access to the outside is immediate, with a direct proximity to the swimming pool, an ideal corner to enjoy the sun and cool off during the summer days.
