Die Wohnung im 7. STOCKWERK

Es ist die schönste Wohnung die ich bisher mit meiner Frau dort bewohnt habe. Neue moderne Möbel, gute Ausstattung. Einzig die Matratze im Bett könnte erneuert werden, und in dem sehr schönen Bad fehlt es an hellerem Licht und ein paar zusätzlichen Haken für Handtücher oder Kleidung! Aber das sind nur Tips, sonst alles Super!

Moderne Fewo mit super Blick

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in der 7. Etage mit super Ausblick Richtung Meer und Ostende sowie vom Schlafzimmer Richtung Blankenberge abends konnte man die Lichter der englischen Küste sehen. Neues Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Leider keine Ablage für Duschgel und auch kein Toilettenpapierhalter. Bett etwas schmal und unbequem. Heizung etwas umständlich. Küche sehr gut. Parkplatz vor der Türe.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Ogromne wrażenie zrobił na mnie widok - z każdego okna widać było morze, coś pięknego. W mieszkaniu brakowało takich podstawowych rzeczy jak worki na śmieci, płyn do mycia naczyń, kapsuł mi i do zmywarki czy choćby pieprz i sól, ale niedaleko jest lidl więc się doposażyliśmy. Ogólne wrażenie fantastyczne

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement et l'avons trouvé propre. Il est agréable, lumineux, grand, la vue de la mer et des dunes visible de chaque pièce. Bonne situation géographique. Seul bémol le fauteuil est un peu dur. Mais malgré cela nous y retournerons sans doute. C'est dommage que pour le choix plus bas il n'y a pas bien car c'est ce que j'aurais mis au lieu de moyen.

Es war nicht geputzt und die Wollmäuse haben einen überholt. Mußte aber bisher in allen Wohnungen erst mal Säugen und Wischen. Kenne die Probleme mit dem Putzteam ja schon.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung in einem noch ländlichen Ort an der belgischen Küste. Residentje Astrid ist das einzige Hochhaus vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Wir waren zu zweit im Oktober da. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang und vom Wohnzimmer aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Absolut strandnah. Verkehr von Straße und Bahn hört man kaum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war sehr komfortabel. Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Bilder auf der Hompage spiegeln nicht den Istzustand wider. - Küche war unhygienisch (Senseomaschine + Wasserkocher waren völlig verkalkt und verschmutzt) - Couch und Bett waren mit Haaren übersäht (vermutlich auch Tierhaare), Couch war mit undefinierbaren weißen Flecken beschmutzt. - Das Badezimmer roch zeitweise nach Kloake und der Waschtisch war von innen auch nicht gereinigt. Trotz der verheerenden und unzumutbaren Situation, musste der volle Betrag für die anstehende Reinigung von uns erbracht werden.

Fantastische Aussicht

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie war sauber und gepflegt. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Leider etwas hellhörig. Über uns hat eine Familie mit Kind gewohnt, die meinten bis ca. 0 Uhr die Möbel zu verrücken. Durch die 3 Balkone hat man immer Sonne oder Schatten wenn man möchte. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Morgens Sonnenaufgang im Schlafzimmer und abends Sonnenuntergang im Wohnzimmer. Verdunklungsvorhänge vorhanden. Zum Strand ging es über eine Brücke und man war da. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Anreise ab 15 Uhr und Abreise bis 10 Uhr und nicht wie bei fewo-direkt geschrieben bis 11 Uhr Abreise. Empfehlenswert ist auf jedenfall das 5 oder 7 Tagesticket für die Küstentram. Haltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Damit kann man die ganze belgische Nordsee entlang fahren und mit dem Bus nach Brügge. Auto braucht man nicht. Tram fährt alle 10 Minuten. Preis für 5 Tage 17 Euro pro Person. Oostende ist besonders gut zum schoppen.

Traumhafter Strand

Sehr schöner Strand, Tagesausflüge nach Ostende, Brügge und Gent sind sehr Empfehlendswert. Bredene selbst ist schön ruhig, bestens für Strandspaziergänge und Seele baumeln lassen geeignet.
