Walking paths from the house 1 m, ski lift 300 m, chair lift, slopes, sled run. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 6 km, Bulle 10 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 10 km, Fribourg 20 km, Gstaad 43 km, Montreux 46 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson. "Chalet Castor", 4-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. Balcony, large patio. Barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Très bien mais dès points à améliorer

Le chalet était très bien équipé,propre , assez spacieux pour 5. Cependant il y a des points à améliorer les portes fenêtres sont très fragile avec le joints qui part en morceaux sur le contour des fenêtres, un barbecue qui est vieux est difficile à utiliser et les barrière du balcon sont effrité et semble fragile

Wander-statt Skiurlaub

Ruhiger Ort, der trotzdem alles hat. Das Haus Castor hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist sehr gemütlich. Hat alles was es für einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht. Nicht eingezäunt, aber aufgrund der Lage in einer kleinen Straße ideal für Hunde.

Le Castor, petit chalet accueillant et toujours aussi reposant. Les améliorations apportés à la salle de bain suite à nos commentaires, sont très appréciables (changement de la baignoire, pose d'un rideau de douche et d'un tapis de baignoire). Proposition pour l'extérieur : Il faudrait remettre en état (ou le remplacer), le barbecue qui est pas mal usé...

Chalet staat op een zonnige locatie vlakbij de skilift en piste in een prachtige omgeving. Badkamer is verouderd, douchen in badkuip en kleine douchekop is niet comfortabel. Kleine bank in woonkamer was gammel, eetstoelen zitten niet prettig om hele avond op te zitten. De lattenbodem van het 2-persoonsbed was aan de linkerzijde doorgezakt/afgebroken en hing op de grond. Keuken was prima met moderne apparaten en voldoende borden/bestek. Om de chalet was ruim voldoende speel en zitgelegenheid.

Das Chalet ist ideal für Urlaub in den Bergen mit kleinen Kindern. Der Gartenbereich lädt zum Spielen und Verweilen ein. Auch die Zimmer sind ideal von der Grösse her und es hat überall viel Stauraum im Haus.

Alles schön, gemütlich, ruhig und praktisch. Mit Hund wäre eine Umzäunung das i-Tüpfelchen... Einziger Mangel ist die Dusche - man kann nicht aufrecht stehen, weil es für die Duschbrause keine Vorrichtung hat.

Magnifique séjour dans un environnement calme avec une vue superbe et d'innombrables possibilités d'excursions depuis le chalet. Seuls bémols, une seule chaise longue pour l'extérieur et les sommiers des lits à changer.

Das Chalet wird für 6 Personen angeboten. Wir waren dort auch sehr zufrieden. Einige Punkte sollten aber verbessert werden. Das Kochgeschirr ist nur 4 Personen ausgelegt. Grössere Töpfe wären wünschenswert. Es gibt nicht genügend Platz um 6 Frotteetücher aufzuhängen. Ein Wäscheständer würde helfen. Der Grillrost hätte eine Überholung nötig.

Que cela fait du bien cette semaine au bonne air, sans contrainte et surtout au calme total... 8ème séjour au Castor, toujours aussi au top ! Petite suggestion : Des ustensiles pour la cheminée (barre, crochet et surtout brosse et ramassoir pour vider les cendres), seraient bien utiles. Et aussi un petit fauteuil supplémentaire pour le coin salon ne serait pas inutile car le petit canapé est un peu juste pour 4 (nombre que nous étions) alors pour 6 (nombre max pour la location) est trop juste

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich , einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet (IKEA) und gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht wäre noch ein Toaster , ein paar Gesellschaftpiele und eine Wanduhr prima. Wir haben den Garten, kleinen Spielplatz, den aussen Grill, die schöne Lage und die Aussicht sehr geschätzt. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Wanderwege sowie Skipisten in der Nähe. Die Menschen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsberiet. Prima Ferien. Vielen Dank

Das kleine Chalet war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten Zeit für uns zu viert und konnten unser Spieleabend geniessen! Es machte grossen Spass, was uns gefehlt hat war ein kleiner Supermarkt, wir wollten am Morgen frische Eier kaufen gehen ohne unser Auto. Die Leute waren aber sehr freundlich und haben uns alles sehr gut erklärt! Ich wollte eine Stunde länger bleiben und sie gingen sehr freundlich darauf ein!

Tout était parfait conforme aux photos, lits confortable rien a dire et très bien chauffé. Les seules choses qu'on pourrait reprocher c'est qu'il n'y avait rien pour bouger le bois chaud dans le poele. Nous devions faire avec les moyens du bord et la salle de bains pas assez de lumière dommage. Encore merci j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Superb location - Nice little house - modernized equipment - double bed needs replacement

Positives: - House location with great views - Kids can play in garden/ swing - Modernized equipment (kitchen/fireplace/tv) - Stable beds are good (kids) - Key pickup easy and relaxed people of eHome - A real fox passing by now and then Could be better: - Lacks some kitchen tool (e.g. Big Soup Spoon, only 1 frying pan) - Many lightbulbs were note working on arrival - Do yourself wood axe but wood is not covered so wet - Very little light in BathRoom and no curtain for window - House needs some paint/vernis - complaints about bed and wifi were taken by eHome but no follow-up during stay - Wifi at some point didnt allow more devices (3 were connected). - 1 Small Sofa (2 pers) only due, to lack of space - No tools for fireplace Negatives: - Double bed is the worst i have ever experienced. the bed base (wooden bar) was pushing in your back. the flexible planks in the bed base are end of life. - Matrass is thin so you feel if the base is not good - Bed makes a lot of noise when you turn around - Only toilet upstairs but not really a problem Overall it was a very very nice stay. Lucky turning around the double bed base and putting some blankets under the matrass made the bed a bit better but really a huge negative compared to the rest of the house. Will come back for sure but only if bed is replaced :o)
