The 85sqm apartment was renovated in 2012/13 and newly furnished. Quiet wooded area with fishing ponds (2 min) in the district Oesig. Nearby Teufelsbadfachklinik (5 min) and Monastery Michael Stone with well-run restaurants (10 min). Good hiking and excursions: Baroque castle gardens u. Parks with gr. U. Kl. Castle, grandpa rocks, Devils Wall, castle-u. Fortress Regenstein, sandstone caves, climbing park, goat head, Rübeländer caves, Harzer dams, Rübelandbahn, Harz narrow gauge railways, Brockenbahn, cableways Thale, Hexentanzplatz, Rosstrappe, Bodetal, Bode Therme, world heritage city of Quedlinburg, timbered town of Wernigerode and Goslar, Halberstadt, the gateway to the Harz.
