About the accommodation:

Located on the 2nd and last floor of a quiet building (2 inhabitants), the apartment offers:
- a spacious and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine (dryer), microwave, and small appliances, kitchen utensils...
- Dining room open to the kitchen, with its balcony to enjoy a sunny breakfast
- Bright living room with large sofa bed, and smart TV connected, small office space ideal for teleworking, air-conditioned
- 2 large bedrooms with two double beds, several storage spaces (chests of drawers, closet with wardrobe) air-conditioned, bed linen provided (baby cot available on request).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, towels available
- A separate toilet with water point
- Ease of free parking on the street, with two spaces equipped with electric terminals right in front of the building.

Perfect for a whole family, couples or friends wishing to enjoy the authenticity of Olhão and explore the Algarve in complete serenity. You can stroll through the typical streets of Olhão, enjoy the restaurants with their specialities and easily explore the magnificent beaches of Armona, Culatra, Farol accessible by boat.
In addition, 5 minutes walk from the train station, ideal starting point to explore the region if you do not have a vehicle.

The keys will be handed over by João, our Franco-Portuguese friend who will be happy to welcome you, recommend activities and curiosities of the region and who will be available if necessary for the comfort of your stay.

A tourist tax applied by the Municipality of Olhão will be requested upon arrival or departure.
