2 bedroom awesome apartment in Wismar

You enter the elaborately restored old town house on the first floor and reach your vacation apartment on the second floor via the wooden staircase. Through the small hallway you enter the shower room and the living room with open kitchen and dining area. The two tastefully furnished bedrooms also lead off from the living room. The small kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave. A flat screen TV as well as armchairs and a couch complete the comfort in the living area.



Wismar, a Hanseatic city on the Baltic coast in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, offers many tourist facilities. Look forward especially to a beautiful historic old town, which has even made it to the UNESCO World Heritage List and will delight you with its pedestrian zones but also modern shopping centers. You can expect numerous historical buildings and museums including guided tours, a modern leisure pool, public sports facilities, a cinema and plenty of restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Its beach invites you to swim and sunbathe, and round trips and fishing tours are offered from the harbor. In just a few minutes by car you can be on the highway to Schwerin, Rostock, Lübeck or the island of Poel. Numerous public events such as the harbor festival, the Sweden festival or the herring days also attract many visitors every year.

Wohnung zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit

Da wir nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln reisten war die zentrale Lage absolut von Vorteil. Die Wohnung war sauber, für die Lage in einer Hauptstraße nachts sehr ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wohnung ist OK

Wir hatten 6 wirklich gute Tage in Wismar. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr zentral nur paar Schritte zum Marktplatz. Appartement war sauber die Angaben in der Anzeige passen gut. Was etwas genervt hat: - Parken ist schwierig wir haben uns auf den öffentlich Platz am Hafen gestellt für 4€ pro Tag - Ausstattung ist günstig und teilweise etwas klapperig oder defekt (Mülleimer, Kaffeemaschine, Duschkopf).

Schöner Herbsturlaub mit Familie

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage verleben können. Die Wohnung hat für eine vierköpfige Familie eine völlig ausreichende Größe und eine schöne zentrale Lage. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist etwa 300 Meter Entfernung, wo das Tagesticket bei 4,- € liegt. Das Abstellen von Fahrrädern im Hinterhof ist nur bedingt/etwas beschwerlich möglich. Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. zusätzliche Trocknungsgelegenheiten für Handtücher im Badezimmer. 2. Ein Regal im Küchenbereich zur Lagerung von Vorräten

Die Wohnung hat Potential aber es gibt Mängel: - Baustelle direkt an und neben der Wohnung bis November 2018. Lärm ab 6:30 - keine direkten kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (10 min einfacher Weg beim Parken) auch ohne Baustelle - Küchenutensilien nicht komplett vorhanden (Bsp. Mülleimertüten oder Pfannenwender) - Reinigung könnte besser sein (Staub unterm Bett, hinter Mikrowelle etc). - Abfluss Dusche verstopft (Knöcheltief im Wasser) Leider hat dies alles den Urlaub in Wismar geschmälert

Gute Lage, leider direkt an einer 6-Tage Baustelle!

Die Lager der Wohnung war sehr gut. Nur 3 Minuten Fussweg bis zum historischen Marktplatz. Die Einrichtung war gut und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sehr gut. DAs BAd sollte renoviert werden! Leider befindet sich die Wohnung durch etliche Baustellen an einer momentan sehr stark befahrener Kreuzung. Gegenüber befindet sich eine große Baustelle die jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr mit schweren Maschinen arbeiten. Gearbeitet wird dort von Montag bis Samstag, also 6 Tage. Die Fenster müssen also ab 6 Uhr geschlossen werden, damit man ein wenig Ruhe hat. Alles in allem sind wir aber zufrieden. Die Baustelle und Umleitungen sollten in einigen Monaten verschwunden sein.
