Located gulf side in the Perdidio Sun Condominium Complex, this luxurious condo will be your home away from home.

Boasting an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors, this condo has it all. Upon entry you'll see a great room with a full kitchen complete with all the comforts of home, a bar top with seating for 4, a formal dining area with table and 6 chairs, a breakfast table with 6 chairs, a 12 foot wet bar with mini fridge, a living room with sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman, another sofa, and new 75-inch Smart TV. In addition there is a full-sized washer and dryer, an outside storage with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc., and 2 tables with seating for 7 on the gulf side balcony.

Off the great room are three spacious, gorgeously decorated bedrooms. The front side, master bedroom has 2 floor to ceiling windows, a king size bed with memory foam mattress topper, ceiling fan, television, dvd player, dressing area with double vanity, walk in closet, and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The gulf side, master bedroom has 2 floor to ceiling windows, a king size bed with memory foam mattress topper, ceiling fan, television, closet, dressing area with double vanity, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The front side, guest room has a full over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed underneath (3 full mattresses in all), dressing area with single vanity, closet, and private access to the hall bathroom which has a shower/tub combo and single vanity. With the queen-sized sleeper-sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps 12 very comfortably. In addition, there is an inflatable queen-sized mattress and fold out crib in one of the closets.

The Perdidio Sun Condominium Complex includes 7-day-per-week front desk coverage, key-code required entry, and video surveillance. The complex includes an exercise room, large heated indoor pool, large outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, large outdoor pool with plenty of poolside seating, a lawn area, 3 charcoal grills with picnic seating, and 2 boardwalks leading over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand, private, gulf side beachfront. Across the street is a center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Perdido Key is located in Northwest Florida between Pensacola and Orange Beach, Alabama. Surrounded by water, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Old River and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, the areas beaches have been rated among the top 5 Island Beaches by Conde Nast Traveler, rated Number 1 Swimming Beach in the US by GORP (Great Outdoor Recreation Pages), and recently appeared on the Travel Channel as One of the 20 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World!
