My family came here in the 1950’s and never left! You’ll feel the same when enjoying a relaxed vibe at this quiet complex on a car-free beach.

Everything’s ready for your stay, even beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Brand new enclosed parking spot keeps your car clean and safe.

All new quality furnishings with fully stocked kitchen for your extended stay. Comfortable sectional sofa and chair in living room with access to balcony seating and ocean view. King bed, desk and reading chair in master bedroom with ocean and pool views. Guestroom has queen and bunk beds with ocean views also. Due to Association rules, occupancy is strictly limited to 6 persons.

Publix grocery/liquors is 1.5 miles away plus many great restaurants, shopping and dog park!

Ormond by the Sea is a car-free beach and is close to Daytona‘s exciting events while being quiet and safe.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a quiet peaceful complex with many full time residents. Please be respectful of my neighbors while enjoying our amenities.

Any leaks, breakages or needed repairs that occur during your stay must be reported immediately so a plan to remedy can be put into action promptly

Fabulous beach chairs are provided. Please hose off sand and saltwater after each day’s use
