Beautiful & spacious two bedroom apartment with love designed and comfortable to spend your best holidays ever! You enter your home into the light-filled living lounge with high ceilings, dining area, stylish lounge to sit and have a glass of wine and chat to your friend, who is cooking some delicious things in the kitchen area. The two bedrooms are in the rear part of the apartment and have a separating aisle to give you more privacy in case you travel with friends. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, one bedroom has a small private balcony. From the living area you just open the sliding door and have your private wooden veranda, where it is fun to sit in the morning sun with some healthy breakfast and listen to the birds. This home is unique and has it´s own privacy. Situated in the most exquisite suburb of Cape Town, just 2 minutes walk to the white beaches of Bloubergstrand. We are situated in a solely residential area, no transit traffic, quiet & peaceful. Sun terrace & pool offers a perfect hide-out to your eventfully sight seeing tours.
We are proud to present a really tasteful and refreshing premium accommodation for up to 4 souls seeking a holiday home with the special twist and a sea breeze.The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee machine, a cooking island, microwave & grill, fridge & frost. The shower areas with rain shower, one large - one smaller fall. Our Maid is looking after your home weekly and cleans and switches towels and bedding on request. Free fast uncapped Fibre Wifi. If you like to watch TV, we offer HD DSTV package with 100 national and international channels to pick on your flat screen. Apartment size approx. 100 qm plus two balconies.
Sun terrace & Pool area in the back of the villa is open for our guests during the summer months from November until April. But our lovely waterwise garden with an beautiful wooden deck is open all year round.
Stowage for sport equipment for our guests to your convenience in our garage. Want to "Braaii" / Barbecue? We have a Weber Grill - old fashioned one with coal and wood. Our laundry has ironing facilities, if your clothes needs a revamp. Or if you like to clean in between, you will find all you need there.
Summer time is the best time, so I will be around mostly. If it is not me it is one of my beautiful team and if you are in need, we are always just a step, a phone call or sms away. We respect your privacy unless you like to chat a bit or need something. We offer two separate holiday apartments in the front house each with its own privacy, entrance and balconies/terraces. We have 24/7 security in our area on the hill and some intercom cctv cameras and an easy to use alarm system for your apartment, if you wish.
IMPORTANT INFO: Due to Government regulations we still have Water pressure management , so the water pressure sometimes is low. South Africa also lacks electricity and load shedding is happening on a daily base. But we have our own solar inverter system and all essentials are covered and working without interruption during load shedding. we have friendly pets, one doggy Callan and kitty Prego. All socialized and friendly to every guest. Renovation works inside neighbor house might sometimes be a bit noisy.
Solely private & quiet residential area in the best neighborhood of Cape Town`s Westcoast. People you see around our cul-de-sac like street are mostly living & working here, surfing and are around for holiday. The next bigger community is Table View with Shopping Malls (5 minutes by car) and numerous facilities to eat, shop and have fun! We also have restaurants and bars in walking distance! Our Big Bay promenade is a beautiful but vivid place on the beach where you can sit for a nice sundowner, eat good Burgers and watch Table Mountain changing colors!
There is a bus station in front of the beach, 2 minutes away from our house and you can hop on a bus to go to town or waterfront. Or you try Uber, which is quite common for capetownian´s.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung von Pia in Blouberg hält was sie verspricht. Sie ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und genauso stylisch wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Wohngebiet ist absolut sicher, wir sind sogar an Silvester von Big Bay nach Hause gelaufen. Pia war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mit vielen wertvollen Tipps weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
Nach verspäteter Ankunft um Mitternacht, wurden wir herzlichst von der überaus sympathischen Vermieterin Pia empfangen. Ein kühles Getränke nach der langen Anreise, Obst und Lebensmittel für das erste Frühstück, gehörten ebenso zu den erfreulichen Eindrücken gleich zu Beginn. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am herrlichen Sandstrand, mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf den Tafelberg. Entlang des Strandes findet man zahlreiche Restaurant´s, in denen man ausnahmslos gut Essen und Trinken kann. Für Selbstversorger gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Das Appartement wurde von der „guten Seele des Hauses“ - Princess - stets in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten. Ansonsten haben wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass wir uns Zuhause gefühlt haben und von Pia, sowohl vor der Anreise und vor allem während unseres Aufenthaltes, sehr gut betreut wurden. Auch das kleinere Appartement (Objekt-Nr. 2615491 ) - welches wir besichtigen durften - ist sehr empfehlenswert!
