Modern furnished studio with 42m2 on the sun terrace above Baden-Baden. Embedded in an exclusive and quiet residential area with a view of the Rhine plain and the local mountain Merkur. Modern equipment with underfloor heating, Bulthaup kitchen and Bauhaus classics, amenities in the bathroom, bathrobe and everything your heart desires to feel good. Free WiFi. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with a small hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine for the gourmet in the morning. The separate entrance leads through a small Japanese garden. There is a parking space on the property.

Parts of the immediately adjacent garden invite our guests to relax and meditate. Several seats are available in summer.
A laundry, bread roll, shopping and driving service is offered for a fee.

A fan is available in summer.

Approximately 800m to the next bus stop. Only a few minutes drive (due to the altitude, a car is recommended) from downtown Baden-Baden with art, culture, wellness and restaurants. A perfect mix of experience and relaxation.

Top location for Relaxing and traveling around

everything was perfect, we arrived at night but this was no problem the apartment was well prepared and everything what we need for a nice start in the holiday was already there, iMac, TV and Soundsystem complete kitchen and parkingplace and very friendly landlords the location has a moonshine lounge and a great view to the old castle for a couple perfect many thanks to Ellen and Torsten
