Hilltop Cottage with Canyon Views: Heart of the the Bay Area

Private Furnished 30+ days rental only. Only 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage is for rent. Limit 2 parking space and 4 guests. Owners occupy detached unit next door.
This ranch is in the heart of Castro valley. Minutes away from San Ramon and Hayward and freeway access. It has a beautiful farmhouse cottage situated on a hilltop with canyon views and surrounded by hills and trees . Cottage available for guest is a two bedroom with two bathrooms, full kitchen designed for light cooking. Private yard space with covered patio and covered deck. There are a total of q king beds and two full beds, idea 4 guests.

Kitchen is equipped for light cooking, please plan your stay accordingly (salt, pepper, oil etc will not be provided due to Covid protocol).

Although we welcome families with small children to stay we do not provide cribs, play pens high chairs upon request.

There are two outdoor security cameras on property overlooking fenced areas to monitor animals and one overlooking driveway and parts of patio for security measures. Cameras remain on 24/7 and must not be tampered with. Owners/ host present on property.

No loud outdoor music, loud noise or disturbance of any kind. Although we are on our own hilltop there are surrounding neighbors and because we are in the canyons noise does amplify. No outside visitors without consent of owner.
