Nice and unique property, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms apartment on the beach, you can't get any closer, big patio and terrace for BBQ, outdoor seating and dining area, pin-pong table, bike, family room, living room, tv's in every room, amazing sunrise, boar-walk on the back., Netflix, Wi-fi, table games, closets, tennis court, tiki bar, restaurant, Gym equipment, outdoor seating, kitchen, washer/dryer, sleeps 10! Security and Valet 24/7 plenty of space

Host was very helpful and did more than required to help us with our stay. We arrived early and didn’t have anywhere to put our bags while we explored so they opened a room and allowed us to store bags there. The place was well taken care of and clean with close beach access. They were even flexible enough to allow us to say a little longer to check out so we had somewhere to wait until closer to our flights out of Miami.

I'm in Miami B*tch!

We really enjoyed our vacation. the upsides were; right on the beach and boardwalk, lots of room, pool was 10 feet deep, restaurant on premises were wonderful (we ate dinner there every night). the downsides were; jacuzzi tub was broken, valet was super busy so getting in and out was a waiting game, there were plenty of towels but no wash clothes (bring your own), needs to be sprayed for roaches (not an infestation but we had to kill a few). Overall, the beds were comfortable and the water was HOT! On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it 8.

We are happy to share with you our home, this is our house, and since our nest is empty (three married kids and three granddaughters), we decide to travel and share this unique property with you, you will find a cozy and quiet apartment, with a big terrace to play some pin-pong with the wonderful view of the ocean! while cooking some BBQ! after taking a bike ride on the board walk or an early jog!
