Nestled in the Alexander on Millionaires Row at 5225 Collins Avenue, this beachfront property is a haven for large families or groups, located directly on one of Miami's most splendid beaches. Within the resort, guests can enjoy the exquisite dining experience at the renowned restaurant Silan, which is perfect for fine dining enthusiasts. The location is less than 3 miles from the vibrant South Beach center, surrounded by a plethora of local activities, from delightful eateries to tourist attractions and lively nightlife. The property boasts easy access to the beach and boardwalk, just a short walk from the pool area where two heated pools and hot tubs await. Two Jacuzzis

Additional Information:
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in, to be paid directly at the Alexander front desk. This deposit will be returned at checkout.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and check in.

Laundry facilities with paid washers and dryers are available on the same floor. Laundry cards are obtainable at the front desk.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for an additional fee (managed by a third-party company).

Important Parking Information:

To ensure a smooth and stress-free visit, please be aware that our property offers only paid parking options via Valet or the ParkMobile lot (Zone# 88571), with no complimentary parking available on-site.

Both parking options are paid services with various rates and payment methods. For a more convenient experience, consider downloading the ParkMobile app if opting for the pay-by-phone lot.

Valet parking services with varying daily and weekly rates:
Standard vehicles: $35 on weekdays, $40 on weekends, $150 weekly.
Oversized vehicles: $40 on weekdays, $45 on weekends, $185 weekly.
NO SMOKING anywhere in the apartment. A $500 clean-up fee will be charged if this rule is broken.

Noise Limit: Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No Parties/Events: Parties and events are not permitted on the premises.

Housekeeping: Please maintain cleanliness. Dishes should be washed before departure.

Key Return: Return bracelets to the front desk when checking out.

Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the amount stated during booking.
