Privlaka is an idyllic, tourist fishing town on the Zadar Riviera. It is located on the peninsula between Nin and the island of Vir, near the historic port city of Zadar. Here in the Apartments Laura, you can look forward to happy holidays in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

The apartment, which was built in 2016, is approx. 45 square meters and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The air-conditioned and heated apartment has a loggia with limited sea views. Apartment Laura offers a heated outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. WiFi is free in all areas. A fireplace (grill) is available for guests on a shared terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and an oven. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Laundry facilities are also available.

Apartments Laura is located 80 meters from the sandy beach. The beach is not only suitable for swimmers but also for small children and non-swimmers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.

Super schöner Urlaub

Super und saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mit Hunde überhaupt kein Problem. Zum Strand 3 Minuten mit super Strandbar. Die Lage ist leider etwas außerhalb, so dass man zum Essen gehen immer ein Auto benötigt.

Das Appartement ist nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Die Counch in der Wohnküche ist unzumutbar und direkt neben einem sehr lauten Kühlschrank platziert. 3x stand das Bad unter Wasser welches man selbst trocknen und reinigen musste. Zugesagte anteilige Rückzahlung der Kosten kam nie an. Agentur reagiert nicht!

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, super Ambiente und herzliche Betreuung

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem super Zustand, alles neu und sehr gut in Schuß. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und der Betreuer vor Ort ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich habe absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir würden immer wieder das Appartement buchen.

Zuerst einmal, Danke an Frau Hren! Sympathisch und netter Kontakt 🌺 Wir waren schon in vielen Appartments in Kroatien. Dieses Appartment hat uns am besten gefallen. Sehr modern und der Pool hatte auch eine gute Länge zum schwimmen.Herr Mirko ist sehr bemüht alles in Ordnung zu halten. Top Hausmeister und sehr freundlich. Uns hat auch gefallen,das unsere Hündin willkommen war🐾🐾. Die Strandnähe und die Ruhe vor Ort,das ist Erholung pur. Hier ist kein Massentourismus und man kann sich v. Alltag richtig erholen. Wir können diese Anlage aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Note 1+++

Ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit allem,was man sich so wünscht im Urlaub🌞

Besonders lobenswert ist wirklich der Kontakt zu Frau Hren. Sie kümmert sich wirklich sehr nett und engagiert, somit fühlt man sich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben😉. Die Lage ist toll, schön ruhig, der Strand quasi fast vor der Tür und die kleine gemütliche Strandbar haben wir auch abends öfters mal auf einen gemütlichen Drink besucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch da, selbst wenn man mal nicht erst ins Auto steigen möchte. Ein kleiner Laden in der Nähe hat Alles, was man mal so brauchen kann, vom Brötchen bis zum Waschmittel😉. Die flach abfallenden Sandstrände dort sind vorallem für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.👍
