Duplex apartment for 8 people, 4 rooms, on the top floor of a recent residence dressed in larch, quiet.

The apartment has a floor area of 60 m2:

1) First floor:
- Entrance with a wardrobe and a ski boot dryer rack
- A living room with a pull-out sofa that can be transformed into a double bed of 160 x 190 cm, TV, Bluetooth sound bar
- An open equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave/grill oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge and freezer)
- A large table for 8 people
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm)
- A bathroom (shower + sink + WC)
- A south-east facing balcony with a view of the Peynier sector and the Paneyron, and in summer: a dining area with a table, 2 chairs and an electric barbecue.

2) Upstairs:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 x 200 cm + wardrobe
- A bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm + storage
- A bathroom with bath and sink

Plenty of storage space in the apartment.
Equipment: Raclette set, Fondue set, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric barbecue (summer).
Baby equipment: travel cot + mattress, high chair.

Private parking space in the basement or free public parking lot in Le Fournet 50m from the residence.
Private locked ski locker.
Ski-in/ski-out via the Fontbonne chairlift or from the Village Club du Soleil residence parking lot to the ESF show point.
Ski-in/ski-out return via the blue slope of the Faisandière.

Pedestrian path to reach the heart of the resort (5 min) or free shuttle to the Fournet parking lot.
