This was our 2nd stay here, and we absolutely love it. It’s quiet and peaceful and I love the porches. It has a covered porch out front and one at the back. Lots of room to sit outside with comfortable chairs and a really nice fire pit. Our fur babies had a ball!

The cabin is definitely rustic and the cleanliness factor was lacking but we enjoyed the "porch sitting" since it rained for most of our stay. The fenced area was the very reason we chose this location but there is a large gap at the bottom of the gate which will allow a small dog to escape so beware. Overall it was a relaxing stay.

Thank you for your review. Can you please tell me what area of cleanliness you were concerned with so that I can get with my staff? I’d like add that most people ask me in advance if they have a tiny dog plus the pictures clearly show a farm type gate. I’m so sorry that you are not 100% happy with your stay. I also feel I supply enough pictures for you to make your own mind whether you want to stay in a rustic cabin or not. I wish you better luck in your future travels.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Love the isolation and the more than ample space for our 2 dogs. Communication with host was great! Hope to book again in the very near future.

This is a gorgeous property, that is very private. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit and looking up at the stars.

Maybe you could return in more favorable weather to check it out. Perfect for our dogs

We were so happy to be able to include our dogs on our trip. They loved the fenced yard & I didn’t need to worry about them. Cabin was tidy and well supplied.

It was a beautiful place. It was quiet and tucked away just like I was looking for. Everything we needed was at the cabin. I was able to cook and grill and just enjoy the time with my teenage kids. They both had a great time and said they want to come back again.

Quiet

Cabin is at end of road with fence and total privacy The decor is wonderfully simple and pretty. All comforts of home located close to Nth trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. Changing of the leaves was in full swing and terrain was beautiful and easy to navigate. We had great time and plan to return with some family in spring. Pups loved it!!

Fur babies...no worries!

Will definitely be back! Not having to worry about my babies was the best part of my vacation! They had a blast and didn't want to leave! Well neither did me & my husband! So nice and quiet there. Great accommodations and very nice host! Already planning next trip there with the kiddos!
