Tucked away high above the trees overlooking the rolling fairway of the third hole on the Southampton Golf Club is a private 1.6-acre hilltop oasis unlike any other.  A 1,500-foot-long private gated-drive leads to your secluded Hamptons getaway.  Along with four bedrooms all appointed with king-sized beds, there are four full baths, a heated salt-water pool and a spacious outdoor deck with one of Southampton's only hilltop views of sunset. The estate's private rolling green yard reigns high above Southampton's meticulously manicured 100-year-old golf course.

This “Southhampton Hilltop oasis” , property proved to be exactly as described, exceeding all expectations and providing us with a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that the house was well-stocked and meticulously maintained. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and we appreciated the attention to detail that was evident throughout the property. The location was simply perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Being able to enjoy the amenities of the area while also having a peaceful retreat to return to was truly a luxury that we cherished. Moreover, I must commend the property owners for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist us with any questions or requests made our stay all the more pleasant. It is clear that they take great pride in their property and are dedicated to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. All-Star Stay in the Heart of Relaxing Southampton - a Golfer’s Paradise

This property is absolutely top-tier in every way. Perfectly located in Southampton, it puts you just minutes away from the best golf courses in the country—Shinnecock Hills, Sebonack, National Golf Links, and it even borders Southampton Golf Club. For a golfer’s getaway or a guys’ trip, it doesn’t get better than this!The home itself is a dream. Every detail of the priperty is thoughtfully executed with comfort and style in mind. It easily and comfortably accommodated our foursome. The backyard features its own golf hole (yes, seriously!) and a high-end outdoor grilling station that became a great focal point for some incredible home-cooked meals and camaraderie—especially with the cuts of meat we picked up from the fantastic local butcher shop the owners recommended.One of the underrated highlights is the gated private driveway, which gives the property a secluded, exclusive feel—completely tucked away from the road, yet still just minutes from all the best restaurants and downtown Southampton.What truly set this experience apart were the owners. Incredibly communicative, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect before and during our stay. From excellent restaurant suggestions to helpful local tips, they made us feel completely taken care of.This place delivered on every level and then some.
