From the entrance you arrive in the living room composed of a sofa bed (140x190), a smart TV and access to the balcony facing West. The kitchen, open and fully equipped, is in the living room. On the night side, a bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) has its ensuite shower room with toilet. The reversible air conditioning is installed in the main room and bedroom. Note: The wooden shutters of the living room and the bedroom do not allow to be immersed in the darkness, the daylight will pass through. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: 10 minutes walk. Need a transfer? We can organize it through our concierge service. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
