Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions prior arrival date. Access code will be provided for self-check-in.
The guest house behind this home is also available on Airbnb and shares the garden, rear yard, driveway, Hammock and grill.
You can park in 2 spaces in front of the deck behind the house. Please do not park on the concrete driveway as it is shared with the guest house in the rear of the property. If you have more than 2 cars please notify the host and park on the street.
Neighborhood is residential on nice size lots. Street the home is on is a small Street that ends at natural area.
There are spaces for 2 cars to park on the property. There are signs indicating where you can park. If you have more cars please park on the street and let the host know how many additional cars you have with your party. Do not park on the shared driveway please.
We don’t spray or exterminate as we try to stay as natural as possible. There are mosquitoes. We recommend you use bug repellent before hanging outside.
Out of respect to our future guests enjoyment, we ask all guests and visitors to read and agree to these rules before we will approve the reservation.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed; please send invite from your registration to your guests and have their names. No more than 7 guests or visitors on the property at any time. All unregistered visitors or guests on property or in excess of 5 guests or visitors, will be $45 per person per night
Quiet times: 10pm - 8am
No Smoking or drugs on the property
Do not block driveway; it is shared with guest house in rear; towing & storage fees will be guests responsibility
Make sure to turn off the lights & fireplace when you leave the house. Close & lock the windows and lock the door (press the Yale logo on Keypad).
Remove items in refrigerator and take garbage and recycle to trash carts.
No grease or coffee grinds in disposal; run disposal with cold water to ensure no food is in the disposal.
Let us know if there is any damage or breakage as soon as possible but no later than checkout
Place decorative pillows in baskets provided
Parking for 2 cars off street, additional cars must be approved prior to arrival
Return thermostat to original settings when not in property and vacating
Additional cleaning (excessive mess) - $150.00 per hour
Any significant damage, including smoking in the house, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees and costs to remediate.
No glitter, incense or confetti. No tape on the walls.
Outdoor security cameras are installed. Smoke and Noise Monitor inside home. No disabling or tampering with outdoor cameras or monitor, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees and security deposit at a minimum.
Not to be used for commercial purposes including professional photos or video shoots
No Air Mattresses
This is a residential property; it is vital that the space and all common areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeit of your entire reservation without refund.
PETS: Pets are not allowed on property; $1000 pet fee
MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It`s recommended to obtain a local PO Box if you need access to mail during your stay
TIMELY CHECKOUTS: Unapproved late checkouts will incur a fee of $100 per hour. Our turnover team is on a pretty tight schedule, and unfortunately we can’t accommodate checkouts past 10am
SMOKING: Not allowed in or around property (this also includes hookah). Minimum $895 fee
TOWELS + LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
LOCAL GUESTS: Please send inquiry before booking a reservation explaining the purpose of the visit
