INCREDIBLE place, new construction finished with the finest. Private heated pool with deck, ultra modern living room with fireplace. Dining table that is game table (pool / pingpong) as well. Breathtaking rooftop that has view of the city, pergola, modern seating, outdoor kitchen, outdoor sleeping pod, chandelier, moroccan fountain. Minutes from the heart of the city. Two e-scooters and bicycles to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbours. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :) All your cooperation is highly appreciated .

Great house for a group

Girls Trip

Our group of ladies enjoyed this home. The owner was very helpful and quick to response. We enjoyed the heated pool and spending time on the roof top. So glad we chose this home.

Worthy every penny

The pictures don’t lie . The host amazing . The vibe created was everything . Of course the weather wasn’t on our side but we still enjoyed the space it was close for all the activities planned for the weekend .. and for what we canceled due to weather the home still allowed us to enjoy each others company. the pool table came in as a life saver cause we are all competitive. So did the scooters cause even as adults we still love the adrenaline rush of hearing on your mark get set go! View and decor was insta approved although we were sad when we realized we didn’t get many photos because we living in the moment ! Will be back in Summer!

Perfect spot for Thanksgiving football, family, food!

We spent most of our time up on the rooftop… Day and night. Could not beat the views of the city, and the set up up there was fabulous. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was ideal.
