A perfect ski condo for the family! This 3-bedroom, multilevel condo is located at the desirable Telluride Lodge, steps away from Lift 7. Clark's Market is right next door for convenient grocery shopping.
You enter the condo, and a ¾ quarter bathroom, stackable washer, and dryer are to your left. Proceed up a small staircase to the living and dining level. A large open concept so the chef of the family can still be a part of the fun! There is a gas fireplace and comfy leather recliners in the living room. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen bar has seating for 3. There are stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and bakeware you need to make a great dinner.
The second floor is designated for the master suite. The king-size bed is adorned with the most luxurious linens. There is a sitting room with a large comfy chair and a desk should you have to do some work on your vacation—we sure hope not! A large walk-in closet and the ensuite feature a deep soaking tub—perfect after a day on the slopes.
The next floor features the guest queen room. A shared bathroom with the top-level loft features queen-sized bed and games galore for the kiddos. The top level has a brand new queen bed and a private half bath.
The Telluride Lodge has outdoor unassigned parking for one vehicle. The complex has several grills and a hot tub for complex use.
Telluride and the surrounding area have featured prominently in pop culture. It has been name-dropped in popular songs and the backdrop has starred in movies. It is especially known for the ski resort and spectacular slopes during the winter, and a next-level summer festival schedule.

Great location, easy access to both downtown and the mountain. Very clean unit. The only downside are the soft beds, so much so, they slope to the edge and could use new mattresses. The third bedroom loft is a futon, and should only be used for children. The pool/spa was out of order due to no electricity and therefore we could not use. The market located next door was a plus. Overall we had a nice experience with this condo.

We do advertise the loft as a kid's room in the listing. When we receive inquiries about the condo, we also mention it.
We do apologize about the hot tub. Unfortunately, we do not have control over HOA amenities.

Great location very solid property walkable to lifts and town. Best for 3 or 4 guests, complex a little tired but unit is great.
