We offer one of our beautiful studio apartments in a quiet, but also near town location.
Our modern and friendly furnished apartment has a size of 30 m².
An occupancy of max. 4 people is possible in principle, but should be carefully considered because of the size of our apartments.
The apartments have a small well-equipped single kitchen.
This includes, among other refrigerator / microwave / coffeemaker / kettle / toaster.
Furthermore, our apartments include a living-dining area, a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
For close relatives or family members is a modern sofa bed available, both

Schön und zentral

Schöne kleine und saubere Wohnung, die sehr zentral im Kern von Duhnen liegt. Alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Klein, aber fein

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die sich auch gut für einen Ausflug ins Belantis eignet. Auch gut für eine Anreise per ÖPNV geeignet, da die Straßenbahn nahe der Ferienwohnung hält. Alerdings sollte man in die andere Richtung etwas besser zu Fuß sein. Die Küche hat keinen Herd und keinen Geschirrspüler. Dies fiel allerdings für unseren Kurzurlaub nicht ins Gewicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

schöne, "Stille" Wohnung mit Überaschung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, wenn man verliebt und zu zweit ist. Wenn man sehr tollerant ist, geht es auch noch mit einem Kind. Alles darüber hinaus gestaltet sich je nach Geschmack. War eine tolles Wochenende in Leipzig! Aber dass folgende muss hier auch mal gesagt werden. Ich weis nicht wie die allgemeine Meinung ist. Aber wenn man sich eine Unterkunft nimmt, dann sollte der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich sein. Daher gehört für die Wohnungsbewertung auch die Vermieterin dazu. Frau Krieger ist bemüht, aber Sie ist auch bemüht umbequeme Informationen vor ihren Mietern geheim zu halten. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass der direkte Weg zur Wohnung aus mehreren Richtungen durch Baustellen oder eine riesige Baustelle versperrt war. Eigentlich gab es nur noch eine Zufahrt. Frau Krieger zunächst nicht erreichbar. Nach mehrfachen Versuchen, Frau Kriegers Reaktion darauf im Nachgang: Ja das stört mich auch immer! Zusätzlich kam das die ganze Straße geräumt wurde und Halteverbot für das Wochenende verhängt wurde. In der Straße findet zu jedem Monatsende ein Trödelmarkt statt. Frau Kriegers Reaktion darauf: Wieso ist da Halteverbot...ach vielleicht wegen dem Flohmarkt! Macht super Spass am Abend eine 3/4 lang einen Parkplatz zu suchen und zu hoffen das man nicht noch ein Strafzettel bekommt, zusätzlich auf die völlig überteuerte Wohnung. Und es ist ja nicht so, dass man nicht im Vorfeld mit Frau Krieger telefoniert hat :-) Schade. Der Eindruck der schön eingerichteten Wohnung wird durch die schlechte Kommunikation der Vermieterin stark gedrückt. Anreise mit dem Auto nicht wirklich empfehlendwert, da die Straße ohnehin nur wenig Möglichkeiten bietet.

Schön und praktisch!

Es war eine neue Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Die Größe war völlig ausreichend und die Aufteilung so geschickt, dass man in jedem Bereich (Schlafen, kleine Küche, Sitzecke) genug Platz hatte.
