Here you will find a beautiful, rustic bungalow, bathroom with shower and 2 vanities, kitchen and garden.
The accommodation is close to the city center of Leipzig, you have the possibility to reach the city by public transport.
The proximity to the beautiful recreation area of the Kulkwitzer See can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
It is only 10 minutes by car to the Belantis adventure park.
The nearest bakery can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and the nearest shops in 8 minutes.

The bungalow is equipped for up to 4 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.40 m and in the living room there is another bed with a 1.40 m wide sofa bed.
You have integrated a kitchen with the necessary kitchen appliances. You can also use the garden and an existing charcoal grill to the full extent.
Bed linen and towels are provided on site.
Due to the existing central heating, the bungalow can also be booked on the colder anniversaries.
As this is a non-smoking accommodation, we kindly ask you to take this into account. You are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace.

Klein aber fein - zu dritt + Hund absolut ausreichend
Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich, die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber ordentlich und es ist nahezu alles vorhanden. Die Küche und die anderen Zimmer sind für 3 Personen ausgelegt, wir hatten dazu noch einen Hund dabei was ohne Probleme geklappt hat. Das Grundstück ist super gepflegt und macht mit Hund absolut Spaß. Die kurzen Wege zu See (inkl Hundestrand) und Kaufhallen sind auch für Urlauber ohne Auto Perfekt. Einzig ein Tiefkühlfach wäre super gewesen, gerade im Urlaub, mag man nicht groß kochen. WLAN ist keines vorhanden, wäre noch erwähnenswert und auch der check in ist mit 16 Uhr relativ spät. Ansonsten super zufrieden! Gerne kommen wir wieder.
