Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren zum Deutschen Turnfest mit 6 Personen eine Woche in Leipzig. Das Ferienhaus ist ausreichend groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für uns. Im Haus hat nichts gefehlt. Herr Wesuls ist ein freundlicher und angenehmer Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren für 4 Tage mit Freunden in der Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Die Lage ist super, in kürzester Zeit erreicht man die Öffis und ist in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut und entspricht der Beschreibung. Kleines Manko:das WLAN ist seehr langsam 😉😉. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt für eine Gruppe!

Wir waren mit 8 Männern schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Sehr gute Lage am Stadtrand von Leipzig. Dieses Mal hatten wir die Räder mit und haben tolle Ausflüge nach und um Leipzig gemacht. Im Haus ist viel Platz und man findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch wieder super!

Großes komfortables Haus

Basis für ein schönes "große Familie"-Treffen. Ruhig gelegen in einer Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Zufahrt leider nur über Schlaglochpisten (langsam Fahren!), dafür kein Durchgangsverkehr. Das Haus ist sehr großzüg angelegt, super für unsere große Familiengruppe. Viel Platz, um gemeinsam zu essen und zu quatschen, auch genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wegen des Wetters konnten wir die schöne Terasse leider nicht nutzen - auch der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Netter Vermieter. Gern wieder.

Tolles Haus!

Netter Vermieter, super komfortables Haus für 10 Personen. Man müsste eigentlich länger bleiben als nur Freitag bis Sonntag, um es richtig zu genießen! Wir sind eine Gruppe Freunde auf "Jahrestreff" und haben Leipzig erkundet. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 20 Autominuten. Die Straßen in der Siedlung am Haus sind teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig (manchmal Feldwegcharakter) - aber da kann ja der Vermieter nix dafür ;-)). Uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne!!

Wir sind 8 Freunde und haben in der Villa ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Von Anfang an haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut sind auch zwei Badezimmer, eine schöne Küche, in der alles vorhanden war, ein gemütlies Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine schöne Terrasse, wo wir herrliche Stunden verbringen konnten. Die Straßenbahn war fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sodass man schnell in die Innenstadt kam. Alles in allem ein tolles Wochenende für uns

Super Villa für langes Wochenende

Waren übers verlängerte Wochenende mit Freunden in der Villa und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vermieter war kurzfristig erreichbar, da er nebenan wohnt. Er konnte uns somit bei zwei kleineren Anliegen auch schnell aushelfen. Den Kinder hatte im Garten vor allem der Buddelkasten und die Fahrzeuge gefallen, aber auch die Erwachsenen hatten Spaß beim Tischtennis. Zum Entspannen zog man sich auf die große Terrasse oder auf dem Massagesessel zurück :-)

Für Familien sehr empfehlenswert

Das Objekt verfügt über einen Innenhof, in dem die Kinder hervorragend spielen konnten, ohne dass man sich als Eltern Sorgen wegen einer Straße/Verkehr machen musste. Der Vermieter war äußerst hilfsbereit und stand bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Das Objekt war voll ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Nachts war es genauso schön ruhig, wie bei uns auf dem Land.
