Eräkorven kelotupa by Interhome
70 km southwest of Iisalmi, lake Koivujärvi 250 m, hard, gently sloping, rocky beach (not for swimming), own boat.
NOTE! No swimming possibility, no pier.
Spacious 2-story log house built in 2016, on the ground floor kitchen-living room (40 m²), hall, vestibule, washroom, sauna (electric), separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, 3 terraces.
Upstairs in the lobby pool table, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, a cot and a baby changing table, sleeping area with sofa bed for 2, balcony.
Air source heat pump for heating and cooling.
Yard sauna (wood-burning sauna stove) for year-round use; dressing room and terrace. The yard sauna has electricity, the water comes through a hose.
There is a lean-to on the beach.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-05-17 - 2027-05-01)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-05-17 - 2027-05-01)

Pięknie położony zaniedbany dom!
Dom pięknie położony wśród lasów i jezior, cisza i spokój! Dom jest niechlujny i zaniedbany. W domu brak łazienki, jedyny prysznic to deszczownica w korytarzu przy saunie( dom oferowany dla 12 osób) Sofa w salonie brudna i odpychająca, sprawia wrażenie nie odkurzanej, zresztą wszystkie sprzęty jak i dom sprawiają wrażenie brudnych. Rowery oferowane dla gości niesprawne. Dom oferowany na międzynarodowych portalach turystycznych a brak opisów w języku angielskim.
