Perfect Location!

The property was exactly as described and perfect for my family. Close, convenient beach access, as well as easy access to shopping, dining and sight-seeing. Sam was very responsive and helpful with questions; highly recommend this property!

Location

Good job by the owner in renovating & furnishing the house, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. For our purposes, the location was excellent, very close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as convenient for a short drive across the bridge to the island restaurants, shops and beach. While not a high end housing area, but priced accordingly, it was very quiet and safe. We plan to rent again on our next visit.

I also had my 2 small dogs. The house was perfect for my spouse and dogs. The neighborhood was quiet. The location of the property was close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. May I suggest the windows could use a good scrubbing.

Exploring Vero Beach

This property is lovely; it’s a nice roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed. Sam, the owner, was very helpful. Perfect location to explore Vero Beach - easy 2 mile drive to South Beach. All the beaches are amazing. We rode our bikes to explore downtown and Orchid Island - it’s very bike friendly. Sam gave great suggestions to restaurants. We loved it!

Spring Break 2025

Property is small but housed the six of us quite nicely. Dishwasher was quiet enough to run at night. The personal products were well-stocked. The beach tools (chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler) were very helpful to have available to us. The front and back patios were very pleasant. The location was a quiet street and we felt comfortable taking walks through the neighborhood and reasonable driving distance between our most traveled sites... the Jackie Robinson Training Complex and the ocean access. Very responsive owner/manager answered all questions and gave excellent dining recommendations. The only suggestion would be to update the mattresses in the twin bedroom, they were not "bad", just very firm, too firm for our elderly guests in that room. If we come back to the area next year, I would definitely consider renting this place again!

Highly recommend

This is a lovely rental in a pleasant, quiet area. Very clean and bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. We found the location to be quite convenient - minutes to beach, shopping, restaurants, local events and sight seeing. Highly recommend.
