Ideally located in the prestigious Hivernage area, just a short walk from Mohamed VI Avenue and the Menara Mall (90 stores, a supermarket, ice cream shops, etc.), our apartment offers the perfect setting for a stay that combines comfort, relaxation, and proximity to Marrakech’s best spots. Just a few metres away, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, lounge bars, and all the essential amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, banks…). Taxis are available right outside the residence, allowing you to reach the famous Jemaa El-Fna Square and the main tourist attractions in 10 minutes.

The apartment combines modernity with oriental charm, featuring refined materials (marble, wood, wrought iron, velvet…) and a soothing colour palette (beige, gold, silver, ebony, ivory). Fully equipped, it’s ideal for a safe and comfortable stay with family or friends.

The residence is a true oasis of greenery, with lush gardens, paths shaded by orange trees and palm trees, and a pool worthy of the finest hotels (closed on Mondays for maintenance) with lounge chairs and umbrellas available. There is also a children’s pool, supervised by a lifeguard in the summer.

-In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national) must present a marriage certificate at check-in

-It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

-Please note that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.

-You are asked to be considerate of the area (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted

-In the event of non-compliance with good neighborly rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate your stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorised to enter the accommodation. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
