This split-level home offers guests a private pool, four bikes, and exclusive community amenities. Val-Holla is a split-level home with access between the floors located outside. This rental is perfect for families traveling together, who enjoy the company of one another, yet appreciate their privacy while traveling. The ground level can be utilized as a fully functional living unit. Here, guests will be greeted with a spacious open-concept floor plan. A spacious living room with a plush sectional surrounds a flat-screen TV. A kitchenette fully equipped with appliances and a wine refrigerator is located just steps away. Two sleeping arrangements are found on this level. Located in the living room, a queen/queen bunk is available for maximized comfort. A small bunk room is adjacent to the living room where a twin/twin bunk is located. A bathroom is shared on this level and features a walk-in shower. Not to mention, this level is perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs. Easy access to the pool is provided from the ground level.

Upstairs, guests are greeted with coastal paradise. This level was created with gathering and entertaining in mind. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining table await. The kitchen is complete with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar that includes five stools. The open floor plan allows for complete views into the living area where guests are welcomed to a plush sofa surrounding a flat screen TV. Plenty of seating for movie night! Additionally, ample sleeping arrangements are found on this level of the home.

Two queen bedrooms located down the hall feature a queen bed in each bedroom, spacious closets, and flat-screen TVs. Both bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom, a king suite, is the highlight of the bedrooms. This suite features a private balcony that leads directly to the pool and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Featuring a double walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.

Destin Pointe is centrally located on Holiday Isle, where guests are treated to gorgeous sunsets, quiet neighborhoods, and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor. Good place to stay

Overall a good place to stay. Just had one little issue with getting a non functioning microwave replaced which is important with 6 kids in the house!

Val halla Holiday Isle

We LOVE the Destin Pointe area when we visit Destin. We always get a house in the community. ValHalla was great because it had a private pool and was an updated home. My only complaint was that the pool wasnt filled enough to skim water so the pool was dirty every day. The house itself was beautiful but definitely not "clean" to my standard.

Surrounded by Beaches!

Great location if you like sand, sun and the Gulf. Private pool is great for relaxing out of the public eye as well. Plenty of space for family young and old! Close proximity to dining and water related activities. Highly recommend!
