Beau Soleil is a gorgeous house in the heart of the prestigious neighborhood of Destin Pointe. This location is unique because of the close proximity to a special beach with calm waters protected by the jetties and is a beloved location for snorkeling by locals and tour groups, all just a four minute stroll from the house! This home boasts multiple balconies, community pool and tennis course, plus beautiful views of the East Pass. Find your beautiful sun at Beau Soleil!

With large balconies that have a view of the East Pass complete with outdoor living area and an observation deck up a spiral staircase, outside is where you'll spend the majority of your time at Beau Soleil, however, tons of southern charm can be found inside this home. An open floor plan makes up the third level and cathedral ceilings open up the living room for a spacious feel. Seating for eight surrounds gorgeous built-ins that house an entertainment system and French doors on the north and south ends of this floor allow natural light to flow throughout the space. A cozy, farmhouse kitchen with charming shiplap ceilings and high-end appliances, including a Thermador four burner gas stove with griddle, can be found as well as bar seating for three. The kitchen balcony offers a table and chairs for al fresco dining or a lovely place for enjoying a morning coffee and more formal dining is available nearby with seating for six. Additionally, one queen bedroom is offered on this level and includes its own private bath.

Three bedrooms are available on the second floor. A primary king bedroom includes a private bathroom with a large, jetted tub, and is attached to a large private balcony with swing and a view of the sugar white sand dunes. Also with a private balcony and bathroom, a queen bedroom is available. Finally, a bunk room with a full/full/full bunk is perfect for the kids and singles of the group. This room comes complete with a private bathroom as well.

Garage and driveway parking is available on the first level for up to three cars.

With an ideal location near attractions like the Harbor Walk, fantastic community amenities, and just steps from the beach, Beau Soleil is the perfect place to enjoy everything Destin has to offer!

New Year’s Eve

We stayed for the end of the year weekend, the house was beautiful, very comfortable and clean; close to the ocean, we watched the fireworks from the back porch. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for a longer stay.

Wonderful Place to Spend Christmas

This was our first VRBO rental and I guarentee not the last. The location is beautiful. The house was perfect. It had all the comfort of home. We had 7 people for the weekend and never felt crowded. The customer service of the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.

This property is truly awesome its a breath of fresh air and the comfort is over rated , check-in is as simple as 123 its spacious enough for a family to be together comfortably ; yet you can get away to your on island.

Overall, Great Home Great Location! The home was beautiful and very convenient to the beach. The bikes were great. I grew wear and tear items in the home.... but seriously, the home was great.
