Rejuvenate with some hydrotherapy in this suite with separate entrance with spa featuring a steam bath with aromatherapy, jacuzzi, sauna, plunge pool and massage chair. Prepare a scrumptious meal over either a charcoal or gas-fired barbecue or light the outdoor fire pit and cook your own woodfired pizza in our pizza oven using fresh herbs from the herb garden (upon request, we can provide you with a pizza making kit). For dessert we provide to with a s’more’s table-top fire bowl (kits sold separately). Listen to the waterfall and watch the hummingbirds feed as you lounge on the patio or enjoy your gourmet coffee or tea (provided) on your private deck.

Relaxing retreat

Very relaxing and welcoming. We needed a weekend away to ourselves and the amenities here helped us be connected and relaxed. Great location with lots of amenities close by, and close to Portsmouth for dining and shopping. Thank you so much for having us!

Incredible Hideaway

This property is incredible. The outdoor spa was beyond our expectations. The cozy quaint side apartment was perfect for our the needs. The steam shower is incredibly calming and relaxing. I cant recommend this place enough. If I could rate higher, I would. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Offers What it Says, Location a Bit Surprising

When I go away with my husband for a relaxing weekend, I’ve always used hotels; this was the first time we used a VRBO just for the two of us. The listing seemed perfect- hot tub, sauna, king sized bed, steam shower, massage chair, small kitchenette. The pictures show that it’s in a wooded area, almost rural, private. All of the amenities were there and in great condition, the only surprise- the accommodations are part of the owners house, sort of a spa redesign of an in-law apartment. I felt pretty blind-sided by this, the way the pictures looked it seemed like a little vacation bungalow on its own private lot. We almost left the night we arrived because this is not our style. However, we stayed and did enjoy everything, but I would not say that this is a place for people who want total privacy; we could hear the family moving in the house, had to walk by their house to get to the entrance, would’ve been visible from their deck/windows if we had used the hot tub. A great place for people who want a nice spa weekend on a budget who don’t want a high level of privacy.

Perfect place to relax and recharge!

My husband and I were looking for a short get-a-way to just relax & unwind. From the get-go, Bridget was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and cozy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The real highlights were the jacuzzi and sauna. After a day of hiking and shopping, they were pure bliss. We will definitely be go back! Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Brigitte was a very accommodating host! Everything was very clean and organized, and the sauna and hot tub were a great way to kick back and have a relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend!
