Beautiful home and looks exactly like the pictures. As far as clean hair was found on the sheets once I pulled the covers back. The side of the bed between the night stand had dirt and dust build up, with a peice of unwrapped candy on the floor. There was dust build up on the lamps and the carpet in the 1st bedroom was filthy with visible dark spots. The blinds in the living room, some are missing, which leaves open see thru spaces. One of the sinks were stopped up, but the counter had double sinks, so nothing to major. Pool area was clean and fully equipped kitchen. Check in didn't go as smoothly as I would have like. The host reached out way ahead of time to get the names of the drivers, but yet 1 driver name was not on the list. And lastly, the whole resort pool, lazy river and slides are closed until December for construction. This was not communicated until I asked about access to the resort prior to check in. It was then only partially communicated that the slides were closed for construction. I didn't see that all water activity was closed until I went into the office for my parking pass. When I mentioned that to the host, that was the main reason why I booked, he defended his statement as if that was fully communicated. That should have been in disclosure once booked, to give me the opportunity to decide if I still wanted to stay there, which would have been a no.

We are glad you enjoyed the home’s layout, kitchen amenities, and private pool area. ​To clarify the check-in process, our records show you requested access for two drivers and asked to remove a third name ahead of arrival, which was promptly submitted to the gate security system as requested. Regarding the clubhouse amenities, we shared the closure notice as soon as details were confirmed by resort management; however, we completely understand your frustration that the HOA’s renovation timeline expanded beyond just the water slides during your stay. We have since updated our listing description to keep all future guests informed during the resort’s off-season maintenance. ​The housekeeping oversights you mentioned—including the bedding, the bedroom carpet spots, and dust behind furniture—do not reflect our usual standards. We have reviewed this thoroughly with our cleaning team to mandate stricter inspections on every turnover. Our maintenance team has also resolved the slow-draining sink and replaced the living room blind slats. ​We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continually refine the guest experience.

Very nice vacation home

Very nice house, very spacious although i paid for a heated pool the pool was not heated till the third day it took 2 days for it to heat up. Very close to stores and Disney. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.
