We were not made aware that work was taking place during your stay, as neighboring projects are not communicated to us - we certainly would have notified you if we would have know. The balcony door handle in the 2nd floor master has been repaired, and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused during your stay. Regarding the WiFi, there were Mediacom service outages in the area during your visit, and while we do our best to support guests when issues arise, the connectivity problems were unfortunately outside of our control. We also appreciate your note about closet access. This concern hasn’t come up in the years we’ve managed the property, but we’ve passed the feedback along to the owner and are have requested that the guest room closet be made available for guests.
