The home looks really good but...

The house has been recently renovated with but there is room for improvement.. The 3rd bedroom with the bunkbed and double has a lot to be desired...the top bunkbed has been put together with poles and ducktape!!! I tool pictures to share with the owner. The whole bed was so shaky and my adult guest was afraid to sleep on it. ONLY children under 40 lbs should sleep on the bunkbeds!! All of my guest complained that the beds in room 2 &3 were super uncomfortable...none had boxsprings - just a mattress on top of coils or strips of board! There were no facewash clothes provided in the bathrooms in the main house. There was no paper towels, no extra rolls of toilet paper, a very small (small) dishwasher liquid and one tablet for the dishwasher...we were staying 3 nights with nine people - really? No laundry detergent was provided for at least one load.

Great home!

We loved the home! It gave us all the space we needed to spread out and large enough areas to all be together too. The neighborhood was very nice and it was located with easy access to everywhere we were going. Matt was quick to respond to my questions about the property and attractions in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Week

We rented the house for my family for them to stay during my wedding week. This house is a steal! It's about 15 to 20 minutes from pretty much everything. There is plenty of space for 11 people. You honestly could fit more. We were never on top of each other. The house is newly done, they made the garage into a bedroom as well that has 2 king beds and it has a bathroom. My brothers enjoyed having their own space outside of the house. My family would stay here again!

Hey everyone! I am what you might describe as your standard San Diegan. I am an avid surfer and lover of all things ocean. I fish and even free dive for lobster during lobster season. I also bike all over the city. There is so much to do in San Diego that is free and accessible. That is why I love it here. My wife moved from Portland to San Diego six years ago and is just enamored with this beautiful city as I am. We met during Summer and our lives became wrapped up in adventures. We would bike from Ocean Beach to La Jolla, swim in the ocean, eat at local amazing restaurants, and then bike home as the sun was setting. This start to our relationship was so memorable that when we eventually got married and had our first child, we named her Summer! My hope is that your visit to San Diego is also very special and memorable!
