Eigentlich ist es ein schönes Haus in schöner Lage. Dazu wurde die Lage als sehr ruhig ausgelobt. Dies traf leider in keinster Weise zu. Das Objekt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Steinbruchs, in dem noch aktiv gearbeitet wird. Von Montag bis Freitag gab es eine nicht akzeptable Lärmbelästigung. Als Highlight gab es an einem Tag auch noch 3 Detonationen. Zudem gab es an einem Tag noch einen Stromausfall von früh morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag.

Wir haben die Zeit in M. Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, und drei Kinder (13,11 und 2) und unser Labi. Jeder ist auf seine Kosten gekommen. Tischtennis Platte, Badmintonspiele und ein großer Garten zum rum toben. Liegen zum entspannen und ein Pool zum abkühlen für die großen. Perfekt für unseren Jüngsten, der darin stehen konnte. Der Pizzaofen war das Highlight. M. ist super lieb und und jederzeit verfügbar. Aber dennoch war man voll für sich. Wir kommen wieder

Gelungener Urlaub

Ein nettes Urlaubserlebniss, sehr schönes Haus mit Charme und einen Pizzaofen. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge unternommen (Tarot Garten, Florenz, Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Sant Gimignano, Küste, Maremmar). Bezüglich der Hitze, war die Lage mit 500 Meter über null eine echte Wohltat. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, M. ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.Wir hatten unsere Velos dabei und konnten wunderbare Touren in der Umgebung machen. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer Stunde am Meer, oder in Siena. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Hele fijne vakantiewoning

Super ligging als je van rust houdt. Pad naar het huis is onverhard maar prima te doen. Bedden zijn wel wat aan de harde kant. Volledig airconditioned.

Schönes Haus mit Ausblick, Pool könnte größer sein, sonst alles super. Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, schöne Gegend, wenn auch etwas abgelegen. Eine klare Empfehlung !

Schönes, stilvolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Weiter Blick über bewaldete Hügel. Sehr nette Besitzer. Ursprüngliches Dorf Roccastrada in nur 1,5km Entfernung. Zufahrt von Straße sehr holprig und unübersichtlich.

Mooi huis, mooie plek met een paar minpuntjes

Het huis ligt net voorbij Roccestrada bovenin de heuvels, het is zeer compleet, ruimtelijk en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. XXX en zijn ouders zijn heel attent en wonen in de buurt. Toen wij aankwamen vonden we veel spinnen, krekels en sprinkhanen in het huis. Ook veel wespen en muggen bij het zwembad, waardoor het zwemplezier verstoord werd. Toen we in de avond alle luiken voor de ramen en deuren dicht hielden kwamen er minder insecten, maar daardoor konden we niet buiten zitten. Kortom een mooi huis met een vriendelijke host, je moet wel tegen veel insecten kunnen zowel in als buiten het huis.

Relax in campagna

In questa vacanza abbiamo trovato tutto quello che cercavamo: tranquillità, spazi verdi, un luogo riservato, una casa semplice, pulita e accogliente. Il padrone di casa è stato molto ospitale e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per godere al meglio della casa e della bellissima campagna toscana. Speriamo di poter replicare il soggiorno il prossimo anno.
