The property includes a large fenced garden, a bean-shaped pool (with trampoline and indoor lighting), a corner with Jacuzzi, a barbecue and a furnished veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners. A vacation in this vacation home will allow you to get to know the Maremma, taste typical wines, organize excursions to the sea (Follonica is only 15 minutes away by car) or to the Uccellina Park, an ideal natural oasis for families, and visit the small medieval villages of the hinterland. The island of Elba can be reached by ferry from Piombino (half an hour away by car). The gate adjacent to the property is automatic and remote controlled. The owner of the house can provide you with the contacts of qualified personnel for additional services such as babysitting, cooking classes, home cook.

Die Lage so wie das Haus und der Poolwaren wirklich schön! Bis auf die Nasszellen war wirklich alles sehr schön! Diese Rundbadewanne raus ! Eine Normale Badewanne und eine Dusche wäre glücklicher! Die zweite Dusche neben der Küche ist voll daneben.
