Here, you can unwind among 1,000-year-old olive trees, surrounded by flowers and herbs!<br><br>Our "Podere Le Chiuse" is nestled in the heart of a magnificent 14-hectare olive grove. A private access road (approx. 800 metres), lined with cypresses and oleanders, leads to our approximately 300-year-old, lovingly restored country house, situated on a hill. It is divided into 4 apartments, each measuring 50 square metres.<br><br>The Bellavista apartment is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and accommodates 2–3 people. It is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom with<br>air conditioning, bathroom with toilet, and a private, covered terrace offering a breathtaking view of the lovely Tuscan hills. <br><br>NEW: Starting in May 2022, you can cool off and enjoy the sun in our large outdoor panoramic pool (12m x 5m) featuring a flamingo shower. The pool is equipped with special cleaning filters, ensuring it meets the highest hygiene standards.<br><br>Numerous pavilions and sunbathing areas are also available on our property.<br><br>"Le Chiuse" has been farmed organically for over 30 years—here, nature is still in good shape. We produce our own olive oil—extra virgin—to the highest quality standards, and of course, you can purchase it from us!<br><br>It’s about a 10-minute walk through our picturesque olive grove to Caldana, where you’ll find a bakery, bars, an ATM, restaurants, a church, a supermarket, and various shopping options.<br><br>The peace and relaxation of our guests are very important to us, so we ask for your understanding that our farm “Le Chiuse” is unfortunately not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
