Relaxing vintage flair, 3/2 home on oversized lot with a spacious porch to take in the views while sipping your coffee or evening wine.
Early in the morning or evening you might be lucky enough to spot some whitetail deer roaming the property. Fishing poles are provided for your enjoyment if you’d like to spend some time fishing and kayaks are available for a peaceful outing on the lake. Regardless of what you do you are sure to experience the peaceful tranquility of staying at the Lake Whitetail Cottage.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all trash in the trash bin located under the carport. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. An additional $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking/vaping occurs inside home.
For more than 6 guest, an additional $50.00 per person, per night will be charged to base rate.
Only Hypoallergenic, trained service dogs are permitted.

Joyce was a joy to communicate with. The deck and views were a nice place to sit and relax. We appreciated having coffee and bottled water provided to us as well as other small amenities. If I'm in the Waverly area again, I'll make another reservation.

THE Perfect Home Away From Home

Lake Whitetail Cottage is the perfect place to stay! There was plenty of room with all amenities met. If traveling with an infant, stay here! Crib, crib bedding, high chair, potty seat, and even baby shampoo was there for our use. Joyce has thought of it all! The back deck is such a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee (by the way it’s provided with creamers and sugar!) and watch the deer in the morning. Even if staying indoors there was so many large windows and natural light. Surrounding neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Everything inside and outside was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be staying again!
