Here you live on the ground floor of a residential building with a beautiful view of the sea and the Medulin Riviera. The lively sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for beginners, is just a few minutes' walk away. One side of the Viula peninsula is lively, the other has somewhat quieter beaches. And there you can relax in the shade of the trees on hot summer days and see the remains of ancient building foundations.
